Trixie's Story

Trixie was found by Stray Rescue of St. Louis on April 1, 2013. They named her Comedy. We adopted her on April 21, after a ten day trial period, and promptly changed her name.  After ten months,and a great deal of stress and expense, we concluded that she was not a good fit. It was a very difficult decision to let her go, but it was the best thing for her and our family. As suspected, her adoption status online switched from "Available" to "Adoption Pending" very quickly. She was a sweet puppy and will always have a place in our hearts.
